The 4.5× didn't come from a bigger budget

It came from cutting the spend that never had a chance of converting, then rebuilding around the searches that already wanted to buy. Results vary by market, budget, offer, website, margins and execution.

Non-brand carried it

Brand search was already converting and taking credit for it. The growth came from non-brand and local delivery terms that weren't being bid on at all.

3.5×+ on PMax

Performance Max held above 3.5× while being forced toward incremental orders instead of cannibalizing brand traffic.

What you get, and how you get it

Most "free strategy calls" are a stranger asking questions for 25 minutes and pitching for 5. We go through your account before we speak, so the call is spent showing you findings.

The audit covers

Search-terms waste report

The queries you're paying for that will never order flowers from you, and the buying searches you're missing entirely.

Brand vs non-brand split

How much of your reported ROAS is just customers who already knew your shop, and what's left once you separate it out.

Performance Max and structure review

Whether PMax is finding new orders or absorbing credit for the ones you'd have gotten anyway.

Conversion tracking check

Whether the revenue Google reports matches what actually hit your bank — the single most common broken thing we find.

Landing page and Maps overlap

Where clicks die after they arrive, and where paid search and your Google Business Profile should be working together.

Written 90-day Google Ads plan

What to cut, restructure and test first, second and third — including the lead time for Valentine's and Mother's Day. Yours to keep either way.

How the 30 minutes work

Before · 0 minutes of your time

We pull your account

Read-only access to Google Ads takes about five minutes to grant and makes the spend analysis exact. Without it we still audit your visible ads, rankings, Maps profile and site.

Minutes 1–20

We show you the waste

A screen-share of your own account: what's burning budget, what's mis-attributed, what's missing, and roughly what each costs you per month.

Minutes 21–30

We build your plan

What to fix first, second and third. If we're a fit we'll say so on the call. If not, we'll say that too — and still send the plan.

$0

No card. No contract. No obligation. You prepare nothing.

Why give it away? We take one florist per market, so we'd rather spend 30 minutes finding out we're a fit than three months finding out we're not. Roughly one in five shops we audit becomes a client. The other four get a plan they can run without us — and they tell other florists about it.

Questions flower shop owners ask

Is this really free, or is it a sales pitch in disguise?

It's free, and there's a pitch at the end only if we think we're a fit. We take one florist per market, so most calls end with a plan and no offer. That's why we're willing to do the account work up front — it filters better than any sales sequence.

How much does it cost if we work together?

Our base retainer is $2,500/month plus ad spend. Where you land above that depends on locations, scope, spend level and what we're responsible for solving. We tell you the number on the call, not three meetings later.

Someone already runs my Google Ads. Should I still book?

Yes, and plenty of shops do. A second set of eyes on your spend costs you 30 minutes. If your current team is doing good work you'll hear that from us and you can hand them the plan. If budget is leaking, better to know now than after Valentine's.

Do I have to give you account access?

No. Read-only access makes the analysis exact, but we can audit your visible ads, rankings, Maps profile and site without it. You decide after you book.

My spend is smaller than $72K. Is this still relevant?

Yes. The case study is one multi-location shop over a defined window, but the same problems — brand cannibalizing reported ROAS, PMax absorbing credit, broken conversion tracking, wasted search terms — show up at $2K/month as much as $20K.

My tracking is a mess. Is that a problem?

That's one of the most common findings, not a disqualifier. If the revenue Google reports doesn't match your bank, every other decision in the account is being made on bad data — and it's usually the cheapest thing to fix first.

How quickly should we expect results?

Cutting waste and fixing tracking can change the picture inside weeks; structure changes and Maps compound over longer. It depends on your market, spend, website, offer, margins and execution. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Do you only do Google Ads?

No. We also run Meta, local SEO and Maps, website and conversion work, and email and SMS retention. But we diagnose the constraint first — if Google is where your money is leaking, that's where we start.

Will you work with another florist in my market?

No. Sprout partners with one florist per defined local market. Once a market is taken we stop accepting direct local competitors, and exclusivity goes to whoever signs first — not whoever inquired first.
