Hey, I’m Rakshith Kalapala — the founder of Sprout Media. I started this agency with one goal: to help small business owners like you grow faster, smarter, and with less stress.

From Software Engineer to Growth Partner

Before starting Sprout Media, I spent years working as a Senior Software Engineer at Idelji Technologies and Walmart. I earned my Master’s in Computer Science and built large-scale systems that served millions of users.

But the truth is, I didn’t feel fulfilled. I wanted to make a real impact — to use my skills to help people, not just corporations.
