SCOPE OF SERVICES

Agency agrees to perform the following marketing and advertising services (“Services”) for Client:

A. LinkedIn Advertising & Outreach (Primary Growth Engine)

  1. Develop, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Retargeting campaigns.

  2. Target architects, general contractors, facility managers, and procurement directors based on title, industry, region, and company size.

  3. Conduct daily outbound connection requests (10–20 per day) and execute a three-step messaging sequence for lead engagement.

  4. Maintain a weekly posting schedule, including:

    • Project highlights

    • Industry insights

    • Compliance and innovation updates

  5. Perform monthly campaign optimization with performance reporting (CTR, CPC, CPL).

B. Email Marketing & Automation (Primary Nurturing Engine)

  1. Create and manage cold email campaigns with four-part sequences targeted to industry-specific leads.

  2. Implement automated lead nurturing flows following guide downloads or contact submissions.

  3. Distribute a monthly newsletter titled Inside GFI – Furnishing the Future, featuring project spotlights, material innovations, and compliance updates.

  4. Integrate all email and lead tracking into Zoho CRM or HubSpot for lifecycle management.

  5. Provide monthly analytics on open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, and meetings booked.

C. SEO & Landing Pages

  1. Optimize GFI’s website for core commercial search keywords, including “ballistic doors USA,” “lab furnishing company,” and “phenolic resin countertops.”

  2. Develop high-conversion landing pages with optimized copy, schema markup, metadata, and embedded forms.

  3. Implement SEO performance tracking and monthly reporting.

D. Proof of Work & Case Studies

  1. Produce two to three (2–3) in-depth project case studies featuring GFI’s installations (e.g., Methodist Metro San Antonio).

  2. Create short video case studies (30–60 seconds) showcasing design, installation, and compliance benefits.

  3. Design downloadable one-page PDFs for outbound email or LinkedIn outreach follow-ups.

E. Lead Magnets & Conversion Funnels

  1. Develop downloadable resources such as:

    • Architect & Contractor Spec Guide 2025

    • Ballistic Door Compliance Checklist

  2. Integrate automated email follow-ups and retargeting pixels for post-download engagement.

F. Google Ads (Search + Display)

  1. Create and manage Google Search Campaigns targeting high-intent keywords related to lab and ballistic furnishings.

  2. Run Display Ads for website visitor and LinkedIn audience retargeting.

  3. Perform ongoing A/B testing for ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.

  4. Provide monthly CPL and conversion reports.

Additional services may be provided upon Client’s request and shall be subject to separate quotation and written approval.
