Get Rid of Wire-Service Dependence Once and for All.
You arrange the flowers. You deliver the order. But who owns the customer? When the order goes through a wire service, too often it isn’t your name buyers remember.
We’ll build a direct-order website under your brand and run Google Ads, Google Maps, SEO and customer-retention marketing for 12 months—so more shoppers can discover your flower shop first and return to you for the next occasion.
12-month agency fee: $6,000 upfront. Ad spend and third-party technology are separate. Our aim is to reduce wire-service reliance—not promise a guaranteed elimination date.
CLIENTS & PARTNERSHIPS
Real florists. Real shop names.
These are selected florist businesses Sprout has served. The logos establish client relationships; they do not imply any client purchased or endorsed this particular $6,000 offer.

Client names and logo links reproduced from Sprout's supplied client list. Some relationships are historical; one client remains anonymous. Logo images load from each client's public website and may change if their image URLs change.
You make the bouquets. Why should the middleman keep the customer?
The real cost isn’t only the commission. It’s having to win the same buyer all over again.
Wire services can bring orders today. But when someone else controls the checkout, the next birthday, anniversary or funeral order may never come back to your shop directly.
What if the next anniversary, birthday or sympathy order came through your own website instead? A repeat buyer your shop can reach again. An order attributed to your own marketing. A direct customer relationship that can compound.
You fulfill the bouquet while someone else controls much of the checkout experience and customer relationship.
Without an owned email list and follow-up, you have to win the same customer again.
Google Search and Maps often decide which flower shop gets considered before the order is placed.
From one order through a middleman to a customer relationship under your name.
The objective isn’t simply more traffic. It’s making your shop easier to find, easier to buy from and easier to return to.
Fill the order. Repeat the cycle.
- Another brand often shapes the customer’s buying experience
- Less control over how the customer returns next time
- Service fees or commissions can narrow order economics
Win the order. Build the relationship.
- Your name, your products and your branded checkout
- Google Search and Maps can lead shoppers to your store
- Permission-based emails create another way to earn repeat purchases
Direct orders still involve payment processing, advertising and other operating costs. Results depend on your market, budget, conversion rate and fulfillment capacity. This partnership aims to reduce dependence, not guarantee that every wire order can be replaced.
Five connected growth levers. One outcome: more orders under your name.
Getting a customer to order directly takes more than a pretty website. We build the storefront, help people discover it, and work to bring customers back—together.

A custom-branded direct-order experience with delivery areas, occasions, clear checkout and conversion-focused pages.

Google Business Profile, local landing pages and Maps visibility work for your delivery and pickup area.
4. Organic search SEO
Make your shop discoverable beyond paid clicks.
On-site search improvements and relevant content organized around 15 agreed high-intent keyword targets.
5. Email & retention
Give first-time buyers a reason to come back.
Email follow-up, campaigns and retention flows for customer occasions—using permission-based customer lists.
We select 15 commercially relevant phrases across flower delivery, occasions and your service locations. Then optimize and measure visibility over time, rather than make an uncheckable blanket claim.
Google rankings depend on competition, history, location and algorithm changes. No agency can promise a specific organic #1 placement for 15 keywords.
Would you believe the offer without the receipts? Neither would we.
These are specific results visible in supplied client dashboards. They are examples from different shops and reporting windows—not promises for a new client.
We establish your baseline during onboarding and track the agreed metrics. Improvements depend on your shop’s market, costs, starting point and ability to fulfill orders.

Your questions, answered before the call.
Is this really $6,000 for a full year?
Yes: the proposed fee is $6,000 paid upfront for 12 months of the agreed agency work for one florist location. There is no separate recurring Sprout management retainer for the services in the written scope.
Is Google advertising budget included?
No. Google Ads spend is paid separately to the advertising platform. Your website platform/hosting, domain, email software and other third-party tools are also separate. We review those costs before you commit.
Do you guarantee #1 rankings for 15 keywords?
We will select and actively target 15 relevant local and organic search terms, aiming for prominent rankings and #1 placements where achievable. Google controls its results, so specific placements, timelines, traffic and sales cannot be guaranteed.
Will this completely eliminate wire services?
It is designed to reduce your dependence over time by giving customers a strong direct-order alternative. Whether and when you discontinue a wire-service relationship is your business decision and depends on demand, margins and your operations.
Do I own the website and customers?
The partnership is built around your own brand, customer relationships and direct-order channels. Final asset ownership, platform permissions, hosting and handoff arrangements will be documented in your written agreement before payment.
What happens on the call?
We review your current website, wire-service reliance, growth targets, advertising budget, capacity and market. If the fit is right, you'll receive the written scope and next steps for the annual partnership.
