See exactly where your flower shop is losing orders — and get the 90-day plan to fix it
Book a free 30-minute call. Before we speak, we audit your Google Ads, Meta, Google Maps, website and email. On the call we show you what's leaking and what it's costing you, then send you a written 90-day plan. You keep the plan whether you hire Sprout or not.
What that looks like inside a flower shop
Three real engagements. Results vary by market, budget, offer, website, margins and execution.
Monthly revenue grew from under roughly $9K to around $30K in about two months once acquisition, website and tracking were connected.
Approximate year-over-year revenue growth for an established multi-location flower shop.
A high-volume local florist reached its first six-figure Valentine's season, plus #1 Maps visibility in 28 days.
What clients say about working with Sprout
Every review we have, from florists and from the other ecommerce brands we've built growth systems for.
"Within three months we were already doing $400K. Basically doubled our email revenue in two short months. The results speak for themselves."
"We saw more orders in 48 hours than we had in the entire first half of the calendar month before working with them."
"Sprout helped us bring our website, paid media and tracking into one clear growth plan. The biggest difference was finally knowing which priorities would actually move the business forward."
"The team gave us a much clearer understanding of where customers were dropping off and what needed to be fixed first. The recommendations were practical, specific and easy to act on."
"Sprout moved quickly, communicated clearly and helped us focus on the highest-leverage opportunities. We always understood what was being tested, why it mattered and what came next."
"The strategy felt tailored to our products and customers rather than copied from another brand. We received clear direction across the website, acquisition and customer follow-up."
"Sprout gave us a stronger digital foundation and a clearer plan for improving our online presence. The team explained the reasoning behind each recommendation instead of just handing over a checklist."
"The engagement brought structure to our website and growth priorities. We left each conversation with a short list of clear decisions and a better understanding of what the brand needed next."
Pick a time and we'll start the analysis today
Paid-spend leak report, Maps and search gaps, website teardown, repeat-order gap, wire-service margin math and your written 90-day plan — free, and yours to keep.
What you get, and how you get it
Most "free strategy calls" are a stranger asking questions for 25 minutes and pitching for 5. We do the analysis before we speak, so the call is spent showing you findings.
The audit covers
Paid-spend leak report
Where Google and Meta make money, where budget is wasted, and the high-intent searches you're missing.
Maps and local search gaps
How you rank against the wire services and the shops in your delivery radius.
Website and checkout teardown
The friction stopping ready buyers from finishing the order on your own site.
Repeat-order gap
Carts, lapsed customers and missed occasions that should reorder without new ad spend.
Wire-service margin math
What a wire order really nets you versus a direct order at your average order value.
Written 90-day plan
What to fix first, second and third. Sent after the call. Yours to keep either way.
How the 30 minutes work
We pull your numbers
We review your site, Google Business Profile, rankings, visible ads and email. Read-only ad account access sharpens it, but it's optional.
We show you the leaks
Where the demand is, where you're losing it, and roughly what each leak costs per month. A screen-share of findings, not a questionnaire.
We build your plan
What to fix first, second and third. If we're a fit we'll say so on the call. If not, we'll say that too — and still send the plan.
No card. No contract. No obligation. You prepare nothing.
Why give it away? We take one florist per market, so we'd rather spend 30 minutes finding out we're a fit than three months finding out we're not. Roughly one in five shops we audit becomes a client. The other four get a plan they can run without us — and they tell other florists about it.
Questions flower shop owners ask
Is this really free, or is it a sales pitch in disguise?
It's free, and there's a pitch at the end only if we think we're a fit. We take one florist per market, so most calls end with a plan and no offer. That's why we're willing to do the analysis up front — it filters better than any sales sequence.
How much does it cost if we work together?
Our base retainer is $2,500/month plus ad spend. Where you land above that depends on locations, scope, ad spend and what we're responsible for solving. We tell you the number on the call, not three meetings later.
I already have an agency running my ads. Should I still book?
Yes, and plenty of shops do. A second set of eyes on your spend costs you 30 minutes. If your current team is doing good work you'll hear that from us and you can hand them the plan. If something's broken, better to know now than after Valentine's.
Do I need to prepare anything or share account access?
No. We can do most of the audit from public data — your site, rankings, visible ads and Maps profile. Read-only access to Google Ads or Meta sharpens the spend analysis, but it's optional and you decide after booking.
My tracking is a mess. Is that a problem?
That's one of the most common findings, not a disqualifier. If you can't tell which campaigns produce profitable orders, that's usually the constraint — and the cheapest thing to fix first.
How quickly should we expect results?
Paid acquisition and conversion work can create signal quickly; Maps, SEO and retention compound over time. It depends on your market, website, offer, budget, margins and execution. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
What do you actually handle?
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Maps and local SEO, website and conversion work, email and SMS retention, and the tracking that ties it together. We diagnose the constraint first rather than selling every service at once.
Will you work with another florist in my market?
No. Sprout partners with one florist per defined local market. Once a market is taken we stop accepting direct local competitors, and exclusivity goes to whoever signs first — not whoever inquired first.
