$325,000 in new online salesin six months—powered by one connected growth system
Google Ads captured the demand, but the result came from connecting local search, paid media, website conversion, email follow-up and tracking. Now we install that same five-part system for established flower shops doing $1M+ a year.
The receipt behind the headline
One multi-location client over a six-month period. Not a typical or expected result.
The Sprout Florist Growth Partnership
One team. Five systems. More consistent direct orders on ordinary weekdays.
Our goal: help qualified flower shops increase direct revenue by 30–40% over the next 6–12 months through better visibility, acquisition, conversion, retention and attribution.A target we work toward, not a guarantee. Results depend on your market, margins, budget, website and operations.
Be Found
Local SEO, Google Maps and search visibility, so ready-to-buy customers find you before a competitor or wire service.
Launch Demand
Google Ads and Meta customer acquisition built around occasions, delivery zones and profitable orders.
Optimize Conversion
Website, product page and checkout optimization that turns more visits into paid orders.
Own the Customer
Email, SMS and repeat-purchase systems for birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy and holidays.
Measure & Scale
Tracking, attribution, reporting and ongoing optimization, so you know exactly what's working.
No long list of vendors. No disconnected agencies. No guessing which part of your marketing is responsible when orders decline.
You run the flower shop. We run the growth system.Florist case studies
What the system has done for other flower shops.
Different shops had different constraints. These results come from fixing the right one first.
Established florist, under one year
Annual revenue grew from approximately $5.5M to $6.7M in under twelve months.
Google Ads for Kremp Florist
Reported return on Google Ads spend. Meta campaigns for a florist also produced approximately 4× ROAS.
All six locations
A multi-location florist reached #1 Google Maps rankings across all six locations in its targeted markets.
Monthly revenue, under three months
A Fairfax-area florist grew from approximately $9K to $35K in monthly revenue in under three months.
Of client revenue from email
Campaigns and automated flows contributed approximately 20% of revenue, turning past buyers into repeat orders.
Valentine's Day month
A Beverly Hills florist generated approximately $100K in monthly revenue during the Valentine's period.
Past results are examples of prior client performance, not guarantees. ROAS figures are attributed advertising revenue, not profit. Outcomes vary by market, budget, margins, website, operations, seasonality and execution.
“Within three months, we saw major growth, stronger overall performance, and consistently solid ROAS. They treated my business like their own and were always proactive with new ideas and optimizations.”

Real exclusivity
Your market can only belong to one Sprout florist.
We work with only one active florist per defined market. Once your territory is taken, we will not partner with a competing florist in that market. Your search data, offers and creative stay yours.
Why the timing matters
Your first 30 days are the audit and roadmap. Google's bidding also needs weeks of data before a peak to spend well. Shops that start now go into the next big holiday with a plan and data—not a guess.
No fake countdown timers. These are the real holiday dates, calculated from today.

Client feedback
Results matter. So does how the work gets done.
Clients mention stronger performance, clearer priorities, responsiveness and a team that treats the business like its own. That level of involvement is exactly why we limit ourselves to one florist per market.
“Within three months we were already doing $400K. Basically doubled our email revenue in two short months. The results speak for themselves.”

“We saw more orders in 48 hours than we had in the entire first half of the calendar month before working with them.”
Owner · Independent floristClient identity withheld
“We are at capacity of orders so I've shut down all ads including Facebook and blocked out the option to select delivery this weekend. We were so bombarded and shorthanded that I had no choice. A good problem to have.”

“Sprout helped us bring our website, paid media and tracking into one clear growth plan. The biggest difference was finally knowing which priorities would actually move the business forward.”

Frequently asked questions
A few things to know before you book.
What happens on the 30-minute call?
We review your visibility, ads, website conversion, repeat orders and tracking. You'll hear the first constraint we would fix, whether Sprout is a fit to implement it, and whether your market is still open.
What does $2,500 per month include?
All five systems: local SEO and Google Maps, Google and Meta acquisition, website and checkout optimization, email and SMS retention, and tracking, attribution and reporting—plus the 30-day audit and 90-day roadmap. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and is separate.
I have more than one location. How does pricing work?
The partnership is $2,500 per month per location, because each location needs its own Maps presence, local search visibility and tracking. We'll confirm the scope for your locations on the call.
Will you work with another florist in my area?
No. We work with only one active florist per defined market. Once your territory is taken, we will not partner with a competing florist in that market. If a competitor signs first, that market is no longer available.
Do I need to be running ads already?
No. If tracking, local visibility or conversion is the bigger constraint, we'll fix that before recommending more ad spend.
Do you guarantee a 30–40% increase?
No. 30–40% more direct revenue over 6–12 months is the goal we build the plan around, not a guarantee. Results depend on your market, margins, budget, website, operations and execution.

The $325,000 figure reflects tracked online sales for one multi-location client over a six-month period and is not a typical or expected result. The 30–40% figure is a goal, not a promise or projection for your shop. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Outcomes vary by market, budget, offer, website, margins, operations and execution. Market availability depends on active Sprout florist partnerships. Scarcity language on this page refers to our actual one-florist-per-defined-market policy; holiday countdowns reflect real calendar dates, not an artificial deadline.
