As a Sales Partner, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and helping entrepreneurs grow their online presence. You’ll identify businesses that could benefit from Sprout Media’s proven systems, introduce them to our services, and earn commission on every client you onboard.

Success in this role looks like building lasting relationships, consistently closing new accounts, and maintaining a healthy portfolio of recurring clients. You’ll be a valued member of a collaborative, fast-moving agency that believes in people over transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential business clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.

• Present Sprout Media’s service plans and help clients choose solutions that align with their goals.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client communications in our CRM system.

• Attend team calls and contribute feedback to continually improve the sales process.

• Stay informed about digital marketing trends (SEO, Google Ads, social media, automation).

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — confident speaking with business owners.

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping small businesses grow.

• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule and pipeline.

• Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and communication tools.

• Passion for digital marketing, eCommerce, or entrepreneurship is a plus.

• No degree required — results and drive matter more than titles.

Compensation

• Starter Plan: $1,500/month → 15% commission ($225/month)

• Growth Plan: $2,500/month → 18% commission ($450/month)

• Pro Plan: $3,500/month → 20% first month ($700) + 10% recurring ($350/month)
