A Rebrand with Roots

Known for their unique and original designs featuring exotic blooms, Bixby Knolls quickly became a neighborhood favorite. With an award-winning designer on site and a reputation for friendly, attentive service, they’ve built a legacy of making every floral gift meaningful.

Understanding the deep legacy and neighborhood roots of Bixby Knolls Flowers, we set out to honor their decades of old-school charm while elevating their brand with a fresh, contemporary edge. We began by developing a logo suite that captured the essence of Bixby Knolls Flowers’ timeless artistry and trusted expertise. The branding system was thoughtfully designed to reflect the vibrant, diverse spirit of their floral creations.

This rebrand came to life through every detail — from custom packaging and stationery to branded apparel and delivery vans — ensuring the Bixby Knolls Flowers experience bloomed at every customer touchpoint. The centerpiece of this transformation was a beautifully designed, bilingual e-commerce shop on Shopify, perfectly showcasing their offerings and seamlessly integrated with their internal systems to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
